Due to COVID-19 the HOA’s are required to have signed waivers on file from the residents before they have use to the pool facility of the Association. We want you to be aware that the KC14 pool has no lifeguards; there is no one disinfecting the restrooms every hour; disinfecting the pool deck along with furniture; or any items at the pool facility. The Open Texas guidelines permit us to have 50% of the occupancy of the pool, so we would appreciate if you as residents will monitor yourselves and observe social distancing and limit attendance in the pool facility until we are back to full occupancy levels again.
We would appreciate if you would print off the waiver and sign and return this to the Kingwood Association Management office either by email, fax, mail, or drop it by the office when out and around. There is a drop box at the front door for your convenience. This would be appreciated.
Thank you for your cooperation at this time of crisis, and we are here in the office working and have not stopped a day since the shutdown in March, we are here for you. We have all been Blessed that we have not had anyone tested positive or been out due to COVID-19. We are wearing our mask; washing our hands and trying to stay safe and healthy.
