The approved color schemes and roof shingle specifications for Kings Crossing Section 14 are the following:
Trim: Silver Mushroom (either latex flat or satin acrylic)
Garage Doors: Casino Tan (either latex flat or satin acrylic)
Front Entrance Doors: Red Mahogany Stain with a clear varnish over it
Roof Shingles:
Elk: 240 pound - 30 year composition shingle
Style: Raised Profile
Color: Weatherwood
The paint specs are on file with Sherwin Williams located on North Park Drive. We are filed with the Enclave, Section 18, which has the same specs as we do.
